Tasting cheese with the Japanese is the bees knees

If you follow my twitter stream, you will know I’m fascinated with Japanese cheese culture. From their ancient Asuka to their perceived lactose intolerance, cheese is the fusion of a Japanese food culture growing fast – the phenylethylamine love is flowing in Japan & I loves it I do.

When I fly to Japan, I will enjoy Japanese cheese on Japan Airlines selected by the @cheesekentei – they are leading the evolution of Japanese cheese traditions and doing all sorts of cool stuff.

Until then, tasting cheese with the Japanese is the bees knees in New Zealand. Along with all the welcome please and thank you’s the attention given to the tasting experience is really fun.
