Beyond the Bigger Block – NZ Cheese in the 80’s

Thanks to John Abel for posting the ‘Beyond the Bigger Block’ on youtube.

John introduces his videos: Back in the 1980’s New Zealand had no idea about any cheese apart from Cheddar. So the Dairy Board put together this 20 minute video to explain to retailers and customers how European cheese were made and why it was OK for Blue Vein cheese to have mould inside, or Swiss cheese to have holes🙂
